Hi people! I havent been blogging for a long long time. Because my life wasnt very interesting for the past one month or so. Or just so the fact that I'm lazy. lol. July was however, a very meaningful month this year. Unlike last year when we all need to study, this birthday celebration was great!

Other than my birthday, I attended events like the Social Night @OCS, PSC award ceremony, JJ Speech day & met up with my old friends (JJ BFFS/ JWSS friends). It was really great! Hope you guys had fun too. (thats if anyone's still reading my blog lah).

NTU:

School has officially started in Aug. I missed the SBS (School of Biological Sciences) Camp and missed the opportunity to meet new friends. But well, things are still fine as I still see some familiar faces around. (Anyway, I love the SBS shirts). Yes, its all about sciences, not exactly bio, but I've to learn Physics and Chemistry too. >: I'm taking Accountancy & Econs as electives. Fighting for Minor in Business. Accountancy is damn tough because of all the Business terms. ): Ntu is actually quite a nice place. It is v.e.r.y b.i.g. & SBS building is relatively new. We use fingerprints to mark attendence during lab sessions!

Random updates of Aug:

1.Have been watching a lot of movies like Cowboy & Aliens (I dont like >:), Suck Seed (freaking funny! I love it!), Harry potter? Transformers, Rise of the planet of the Apes (nice show, but its quite disturbing to see clever apes), and a few more that I cant really remember.
2. I.love.transformers.monopoly.deal.(a.lot).
3. I love glee too much, just too much. So looking forward to the movie next month! (Racheal & her handband song is freaking funny).
4. I HAVE BED BUGS BITES! )))): Okay don't judge me please, I might be a messy girl but I am not unhygienic. I swear they are damn itcyyyyyy. & I've checked the internet, they will only be gone after 2 weeks. God, save me ):
5. Oh ya! I've been walking to Pioneer station everyday to take the free shutter bus to NTU everyday! Again, don't judge me please. But yes, you can say that I'm a cheapo.

Hi. I've been pretty emotional these days. Spent quite a lot of time thinking (& feeling) about things that happened around me, & of course, the people involved. I realised that I am still very bad at putting up with a poker face. But the question is, do we really have to wear this mask and face the world? Do we have to try and make ourselves comfortable with people we are actually not comfortable with? We can't control a lot of things in life. We can't control the types of people we meet. & most importantly, we can't control the way we interact. Because interaction comes from all directions with different people. However, trying to meet each and everyone's needs would be too tiring. Because I don't need any hypocrisy when it comes to dealing with friendship. I don't need to feel comfortable with people I'm not comfortable with. I don't need to try feeling for them. I can be very happy when I am around these group of true friends.
Friendship, to me, is more than just this shallow.

Have you came across this someone who seems to be unhappy with anything anyone does?
Have you came across this someone who never ever fails to compare even when there's no reason for him/her to do so?
Hvae you met someone who is so stucked in his/her past & refuse to accepts the present reality?
Have you met someone who sees you as a threat & tries his/her best to find faults at you?
Have you done something that you think its acceptable while other people think otherwise?

Relationship between human is like that of specific enzymes. Its a lock-and-key hypothesis. When both fits, a bond will be formed. When the shapes are not complementary, no bond will be formed no matter how hard we try. So whats the best way? Give up. No one is to be blamed when two people do not interact well. Because just like enzymes, all individuals are different.
So lets give up, not give in anymore.

I am not a perfect daughter, not a perfect girlfriend, not a perfect friend and neither am I a perfect person on my own.
I make mistakes.

As a daughter, sometimes I disrespect and disregard.
As a friend, sometimes I neglect and hurt.
As a girlfriend, sometimes I demand and get too emotional.
As a person, sometimes I judge.

But I'm glad I have this person in my life to tell me my wrongs, forgive my mistakes and help me to correct them. Although I'm still far from being perfect but I learnt valuable lessons today.
I need to remind myself to be more positive. I need to appreciate. I need to be more understanding and less demanding. I need to give air, give space, give freedom to people beside me.

Went to have (HONGKONG) desserts after I bought my cardigans & bodyshop moisturiser.

Hey, its the end of As, and its the start of Fun (I supposed). Hello world. I'm feeling really terrible these days. & I ranked 2009 and 2010 the worst years of my life. Why? The disappointing O levels results sucked all my confidence away from me. The family that has given me Hope, Faith and Love is now in total chaos. On top of that, my studying life is reaching is its peak of importance this year and I have yet to recover from the lack of confidence. So I ranked these as the worst of my life. To you, readers, its only 2 lines of worries. It will go off soon. Yes. But I see it as a start of everything bad.

However, I realised that often, we are stuck up in looking into the worst whenever we are feeling not right. We often fail to understand that its not the unhappiness that is making us unhappy. Why so? I liken happiness to light. There is no 'dark energy' in the world. The dark we see is due to the lack of light energy. Like light, there is no such things as unhappiness, instead, we feel unhappy because we choose to look into the dark side of life. Its the half full or half empty theory. Look again now, is it true that we have nothing to be happy of? Its not true. I have my pillar of support. I have my best friend. I have my grandparents. Only them? Yes, and its enough.

Okay, now I'm feeling better. I'm on top of the world. Easy? Maybe.

But hey, now I know who are the ones that crush you with their harshness when you are feeling so down and who are the ones who spread their helping hands.

Its all a test from god.
